Deborah Knox is owner of Life Work Transitions, a Career and Mid Life Consulting firm. Located in Tucson AZ, Deborah also managed a Career and Life Work Consulting Company in Boston, MA, where she providing individual coaching and training in a variety of organizations. “As a career coach with over 30 years of listening and responding to people’s individual work autobiographies, I am deeply aware of the trauma endured by clients as a result of workplace bullying. Recently, I gathered with others here in Tucson as part of an adult education program on Compassion which identified the issue of workplace bullying as a topic that needed to be addressed. Since then we have conducted several seminars to HR professionals, business owners, directors of agencies, board members and employees who have benefited from learning the information
