The Silent Epidemic and
How to Counter It
More than 35% of the workforce admits to being bullied; 15% have witnessed it and vicariously are made miserable. And, over 50% say there is no problem.

If you’re interested in addressing this issue we’ll explore the following in confidence:
HEALING THE WOUNDS OF SILENCE
In a small and intimate setting – we will talk about the facts and the definitions of bullying and its effects, as well as discuss strategies for managing this rampant behavior. The repetitive nature of bullying makes it especially difficult to address but it can derail careers and create health related consequences.
BUILDING SELF ESTEEM
We will look at our own stories of bullying and discover ways of increasing personal power and communication skills. You will experience greater confidence in all areas of your life, through exploring and understanding the facts, beliefs and attitudes of workplace bullying and it’s dramatic effects.
