During this phase one can easily be and stay depressed or experience extreme mood swings thinking about new possibilities but still grieving the old. It is difficult to stay motivated, but that is precisely what is required. It’s easy to give up and we’re not going to let that happen, are we? This is the phase where re-invention is most possible.
