Wheel of Life

Wheel of Life - Life Work Transitions

The eight sections in the wheel of life represent balance.

Visualize the center of the wheel as 0 and the outer edge as 10, and rank your level of satisfaction with each area by drawing a line to create a new outer edge. The new perimeter of the circle represents balance.

How bumpy would the ride be if this were a real wheel?

Draw a second line to indicate how much effort you devote to this now. Then create an action plan to increase your satisfaction in those areas most important to you right now.

I wasn’t real sure how to make the lines, but I know I have got to take better care of myself if I want to accomplish everything I want in life.

HI again – I’m sure you did it right. I’ve had that feedback before. Just keep on taking care of yourself to increase your competency and comfort in the areas where you scored lower.
