Career Assessment – you conduct frequent skills assessments and inventories; you create learning goals to remain current and informed; you are able to identify, create and communicate with multiple networks from diverse areas for self-marketing purposes.  Rank yourself in terms of how competent you are in this first Skill area from 1 – 5; 1 being “not at all” and 5 representing “mastery”
