Sandy has had a long standing interest and knowledge in the sociology of work, career development and education. In 1984, she applied this knowledge as the Internship Coordinator for the Women's Center for Continuing Education at Lasell College.

In 1986, Sandy founded her own independent career counseling practice, Decisions for Positive Change, and has counseled men and women of all ages in every stage of the career development process. From the very beginning of her practice, she has had a computer in her office and introduced her clients to the wonders of technology and the Internet.

Deborah L. Knox has been a pioneer leader in the field of Career and Life Work Planning for over 20 years. Her career includes work in government, higher education, corporate America, grassroots community efforts and start-up organizations.

In 1980, Deborah established own career coaching business, Deborah L. Knox & Associates in Newton, Massachusetts. She combines an interest in and study of psychology, spirituality, Eastern Religion and early religious traditions. With every client, she is interested in leadership development and provides a solid coaching orientation to helping them achieve self actualization.
